Sunnyside fire victims take legal action against building landlord

McLaughlin & Stern, LLP Partner Brett Gallaway and Nelson E Canter who heads the Firm’s Insurance Subrogation Practice Group are continuing to fight for Sunnyside residents who were displaced by a massive building fire.

Despite the hardships they’ve already experienced, these residents face eviction from their provided temporary housing and are looking for security and justice.
