Timothy S. Feltham earned a B.A. from Ithaca College in 1979, a JD from New York Law School, cum laude, in 1988 and an LL.M. (in taxation) from New York University School of Law in 1996. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and before the U.S. Tax Court. Prior to joining McLaughlin & Stern, LLP in 2011, Mr. Feltham spent 20 years in the Weil, Gotshal & Manges Trust & Estates Department. His practice encompasses a broad range of trust and estate matters, including administration, planning, litigation and fiduciary and estate taxation. He also represents several charitable foundations. Mr. Feltham is a member of the New York, New Jersey and American Bar Associations.
